If you buy a small-sized product (XS or S) from us and your dog grows within the next 8 months, we’ll help you upgrade to the new size (M, L, or XL) with an immediate 50% discount.

You don’t lose money, and neither do homeless dogs. All the used products you send back to us are washed, disinfected, and then donated in batches to animal shelters in Spain to help the dogs living there.

Request your exchange:Send us an email at frenchtoutou2025@gmail.com, including your original order number.

Send us back the used item: You’re responsible for arranging and paying for the return to our workshop via the postal service or courier of your choice. The only requirement is that the fasteners and buckles work properly.
