Refund policy

 

You have 14 days to return an unused product. Contact info@frenchtoutou.eu. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent, upon prior approval, to: CALLE JARDÍN DE LAS ROSAS, 6, 18567 DEHESAS VIEJAS, GRANADA. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If the product is defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and the corresponding instructions.


Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

No refunds will be made for broken accessories, scratches, or signs of use, unless the customer has notified us by email at info@frenchtoutou.eu that the item was defective or had a manufacturing/factory defect.


Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food), custom-made goods (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as grooming products).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for a new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
