🔄 How do returns work?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request the return of an unused product. Contact frenchtoutou2025@gmail.com and provide your name and order number.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All return requests must be submitted to our customer service team in advance.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs payable by the customer are as follows:

  • Mainland Spain: €6.95
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal: €7.95
  • Ceuta and Melilla: €7.95
  • Canary Islands: €11.95
  • Continental Europe (EU): €9.95
  • Cyprus, Malta, and Greece:€29.95

If the product is defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and the relevant instructions after approval.

The refund will be processed within 14 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process it.

First exchange:

  • Mainland Spain: free
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal: €5.95
  • Ceuta and Melilla: €5.95
  • Canary Islands: €10.95
  • Continental Europe (EU): €8.95
  • Cyprus, Malta, and Greece:€28.95

Subsequent exchanges:

  • Mainland Spain: €6.95
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal: €7.95
  • Ceuta and Melilla: €7.95
  • Canary Islands: €12.95

  • Continental Europe (EU): €9.95

  • Cyprus, Malta, and Greece:€29.95
  • The first free size exchange is not available during special promotional periods, such as Black Friday, or other special sales events.
