Shipping policy

We ship to countries within the EU.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 business days. For the rest of Europe, it depends on the carrier selected. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the next business day. These times may vary during periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, sales, etc.).

Shipping is free on orders over €50 in Spain.

You can track your order using the order number or tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it, or contact us at info@frenchtoutou.eu.

We work with reliable and fast logistics companies that guarantee efficient delivery at a fair price.
Issues: If your shipment is delayed, lost, or experiences any other issue, please contact us at info@frenchtoutou.eu and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we cannot process claims for lost items if more than one month has passed since the shipment’s departure date.

- Return policy in case of recipient’s absence or incorrect address: if the package is returned due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total order refund.
